My top 3 ways to relax
Ever have one of those days when you have too much homework, up coming test, and lots of tuition
? I do! That’s why I think relaxing is the best way to feel better. In this blog, I’ll share my top three ways to unwind after a long day.
First, I like to play sports like volleyball and basketball. Running and laughing with my friends helps me forget about school stress. Next, I play the piano or guitar. Music helps me calm down and makes me feel peaceful. Lastly, I love playing with my dog. He always makes me smile, and spending time with him helps me forget my worries.
After doing these things, I feel happy, relaxed, and ready for the next day. How do you relax when you feel stressed?
